They are happening around us everywhere, even in s'pore, where we are not spared from the tremors. If you are given a chance to stay anywhere, will you stay in a country that has earthquakes or any other natural disasters?Do share your views.

If the country is Japan, I wouldn't mind at all, cos Japan is the hub of anime, manga, and handheld games!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

nah. just saying that i would be extremely tempted to migrate there if i ever get the chance to do so, though the frequent earthquakes are a little irritating.

So many place got earthquake. I went to Taiwan in Early December. And after I came back around the end of December, the next few days in channel 52 or 54, got reports on earthquake in the state I went. Heng I came back early. LOL! But it's good to feel how an earthquake feels.

Many people did talk about the experience of earthquakes, maybe lets focus slightly further, what about countries that have typhoons and floods, would you still want to live in that country. It's interesting, because you see the people in Taiwan, they do suffer quite abit of natural disasters, but not everyone left because of it,there must be something that made them stay, think about it.

maybe of de nice things there? maybe they wan to experience more? maybe because it's their homeland? Possible reason though. There must be something that is there to make people stay.I think for singapore,it's like a "gift" that we are situated in a safe place.Unlike certain countries,we are not situated on the edge of the teutonic plates(forgive me if i got the wrong information),this would of course safe us lots of trouble on earthquakes.
