If your idea of happiness is that 15 mins of pleasure she gives you for all your utmost time, attention, TLC, support, understanding, sacrifices... Ok. Here's some tips.
#1. Don't stress yourself over exercising. Even when you exercise, do it slowly and gradually you'll see the results.
#2. Eat tons of vege n fruits so that your bowels move faster and remove toxins faster. You become radiant too after that.
#3. Use lotions and gels that u can get from Watsons or wherever. But pls dun get any consumable ones. Maybe try "Dove Firming Shower Cream". I'm using it and it's pretty good over a period of time. The effect is slow but not too bad.
#4. Spread your meals with about 4 to 5 hours in between. Don't snack, especially after dinner, don't eat anything unless you're really starving.
#5. Drink tons of water. They supplement your skin and tons up your body. Really turgid and nice. It detoxifies too.
Try it. It's healthy and slimming!

Some simple exercises u might wanna try:
(Remember to do it slowly and relaxingly. Do only about 8 for each activity everyday.)
#1. Hold your palm onto the wall and lift your leg 45 degrees backwards and hold for a few seconds. Change leg. This will firm your butt.
#2. Stepping on the spot also firms your butt and thighs. Place your toes on the floor and move your heels up and down.
#3. Hold onto a dumbell or a water bottle with both hands and lift it over your head, bending your knees at the same time. This will help tone your flabby arms and thighs.
#4. Lie onto your side and slowly lift your leg upwards 45 degrees and down. Change leg. This will also tone your butt and thighs.
#5. Move your waist from side to side, front and back, without moving your shoulders, neck, and lower body. This will firm your tummy.
#6. Hold your arms out at 90 degrees and turn your waist slowly to the left and right. This will flatten your tummy as well.
#7. Lie on your back and position your legs as though u are doing crunches. Straighten your arms and try to touch your knees. Do this slowly and you can also attempt to turn towards the left and right when you r done with the straight ones.
Try these. It works for me!
