We do see them on TV,they do their moves and everyone get's stunned by their record breaking moments. They are the sportsman and women,we do see them rise from scratch. But are they all nurtured or are they naturally born with the flair of running fast or maybe high-jumping?Do share your thoughts on this.

Of course its trainning la. Where got people born the way they are. Its the process and route they take in life that determines where they will end up what. You train a geek for 5 years, after that he also will become a good sportsman what. Arbo why you think got the saying "Practise makes perfect" Becasue they are so used to doing the same thing everyday that they can only improve, not deterioate.

well sometimes if your talented you can go up faster w/o much training but if your not talented you still can go up but need much more training...

That's why whether you have it or not, still can make it to the top if you train everyday right?

you have to think abt the fact why tt those top runners atheletes are african/native americans... they are born with the sports genes... but its true tt hard work is necessary tho... in order nt to lose out to the talented ones... have to work double hard...

Something that you have brought up,rather interesting, because you talk about natives born with sports genes,so the question is where do these genes come from?something puzzling.

So practice really makes perfect then? Some paradox,it's like no one is perfect, but yet practice makes perfect, strange. But it's interesting to think about it.
